From Boston:

  • Take Route 93 South out of Boston.
  • Take Route 3 South towards Cape Cod.
  • Immediately after the split towards Cape Cod, take exit 18 to Quincy Center.
  • Follow Burgin Parkway alongside the railroad tracks to the center of Quincy.
  • At the stoplight, turn right onto Granite Street.
  • You'll see the tall Stop & Shop building in front of you.
  • At the next stoplight, turn left onto Hancock Street.
  • Go through the next two stoplights (across Washington St.) to Coddington Street.
  • Proceed down Coddington St. through the next stop light.
  • The South Shore YMCA is on the corner of Coddington and Newcomb Streets.
  • Drive past the building to the parking lot on the right.

From the South Shore:

  • Take Route 3 North to the Quincy Center exit.
  • Go straight through the lights, this is now Burgin Parkway.
  • Follow Burgin Parkway alongside the railroad tracks to the center of Quincy.
  • At the stoplight, turn right onto Granite Street.
  • You'll see the tall Stop & Shop building in front of you.
  • At the next stoplight, turn left onto Hancock Street.
  • Go through the next two stoplights (across Washington St.) to Coddington Street.
  • Proceed down Coddington St. through the next stop light.
  • The South Shore YMCA is on the corner of Coddington and Newcomb Streets.
  • Drive past the building to the parking lot on the right.

From the Mass Pike:

  • Take the Mass Pike to Route 128 South (at one point this road will also be Rt. 95 S and 93 N).
  • Follow 128 South to Route 3 South.
  • IMMEDIATELY after getting on Route 3 South take Exit 18 to Quincy Center.
  • Follow Burgin Parkway alongside the railroad tracks to the center of Quincy (5th set of lights).
  • Take a right at the light onto Granite Street.
  • Take a left at the light onto Hancock Street.
  • Follow Hancock Street around the square (beside the big church, Temple St.)
  • Go straight through the lights onto Coddington St. (The Thomas Crane Library will be on your right; Quincy College and Quincy High School will be on your left.)
  • The Y is one block down on the right.
  • Drive past the front entrance and take a right into the parking lot.
  • Enter through rear Main Entrance.

From Routes 24 N and 128 S:

  • Take Route 24 North to Route 128 South (at one point this road will also be Rt. 93 N).
  • Follow 128 South to Route 3 South.
  • IMMEDIATELY after getting on Route 3 South take Exit 18 to Quincy Center.
  • Follow Burgin Parkway alongside the railroad tracks to the center of Quincy (5th set of lights).

By MBTA Train:

  • Take the Red Line (Braintree) to Quincy Center.
  • Follow up the stairs and to the left to get out of the building.
  • Walk out of station and head straight to Hancock Street.
  • Cross over the street toward the Harvard/Pilgrim building.
  • Walk right to Coddington Street.
  • Take a left on Coddington Street.
  • Go past Quincy College and Quincy High School (on your left).
  • We are located diagonally across the street.
