Dining Hall: 250-seat winterized dining facility with food service.
Nantucket Conference Room: Suitable for up to 50 people.
Martha's Vineyard Conference Room: Suitable for up to 75 people.
Group Meeting Space
Sunset Lodge: Main Hall (suitable for up to 150 people), Fireplace Room (suitable for up to 40 people).
Arts and Crafts / Nature Center
Picket Hall: Our original dining hall from 1928! 2500 square foot enclosed structure also available as a meeting space.

Cape View Cabins: five interconnected heated cabins and bath house for up to 60 people.
Lake View Cabins: Five interconnected heated cabins and bath house for up to 60 people.
Squibnocket and Chilmark Cabins: Two heated cabins for up to 24 people.
Viking Cabins: Six seasonal unheated cabins for up to 70 people.
Base Camp: seasonal unheated Yurts.
