CIT Program
Our Counselor-In-Training (CIT) program is the first step in the transition from camper to staff member. This program is for those who are ready to take on new challenges, opportunities, and responsibilities at camp.
Develop Life-long Skills
Participants gain meaningful leadership experience through communication, problem solving, and co-operation.
Training Sessions
CITs learn the valuable tools needed to be a camp counselor through interactive, informative, co-ed training sessions.
Leadership in Action
CITs immediately put their skills into practice. With the guidance of CIT directors and counselors, CITs assist in leading activities and teaching new skills with cabin groups, interest groups, and all-camp activities.
Applicants for the CIT program must be at least 16 or entering the 11th grade by the start-date of the session to which they apply.
