Adventure Trip Staff

Our staff are safety-minded, fun, energetic, responsible, and passionate adults with a good knowledge of the outdoors. They possess a range of skills and come from diverse backgrounds. Our staff share a strong desire to work with teens in the outdoors, charisma, honesty, and integrity.

Adventure Trip staff must be at least 21 years old, have a clean driving record and currently hold First Aid, CPR, and Lifeguard Certifications. Often our staff are qualified as Wilderness First Aiders or Wilderness First Responders. They all undergo thorough background checks, and participate in a comprehensive in-house training period.
