Community Service

Service has always been an integral part of our mission at the South Shore YMCA. Our service programs aim to create a culture of serving in our younger generations, allowing them to have a positive impact and develop personal skills. In addition, many schools and youth groups require community service. Letters of completion are provided for this purpose.

Most projects take place on-site in this new and growing program at Camp Burgess and Hayward. We are also expanding our links with other local not-for-profit organizations.
