Our unique 300-acre site located an hour south of Boston is a perfect setting for conferences and retreats. Design your own conference or create a customized program with our staff.

Facilities include:
250-seat winterized dining facility with food service
Well-equipped meeting spaces
Modern heated cabins

We work with a variety of corporate groups and not-for-profit organizations in the areas of teambuilding and recreational programs. Guests at Camp Burgess & Hayward have included Harvard, MIT, Eastern Bank, Boston University, Boston College, Tufts University, Brandeis University, Salem State and Framingham State Colleges.

Schedules are tailored to the group’s goals and needs. Many groups mix their own seminars into the schedule along with YMCA-led programs. Safety is the defining factor in all of our programs.
