Job Description
Lead Teacher- Infant/Toddler
This position works under the general direction of the Early Learning Center Director and is responsible for the planning, execution and overall operation of a high quality infant/toddler classroom. This job requires knowledge of all EEC and DOE regulations and commitment to the mission of the South Shore YMCA. Completion or in progress of attaining an Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Early Education, or related field is preferred. Minimum of Lead Teacher Infant/Toddler qualifications from Department of Early Education and Care is required.
