THE DOCTOR TOLD ME I HAD PRE-DIABETES – I DIDN’T KNOW WHAT TO DO. THE DIABETES PREVENTION PROGRAM AT SSYMCA CHANGED MY LIFE. I LOST 30 POUNDS, A1-C IS DOWN, AND I AM NO LONGER PRE-DIABETIC.
