Health & Well-being Opportunities
Participation in Y health and well-being
programs offers opportunities for friendship and community,
a sense of well-being, self-confidence, and improved
mental abilities and cognition. It also helps develop
healthy hearts, lungs, bones and muscles.
Ys believe that exercise and health education
are important for people of all ages and abilities.
The Mill Pond Branch YMCA has a friendly and knowledgeable
staff, and a wide array of fitness equipment to meet

on a case-by-case basis by our Fitness Center Director.
