Keeping Fit Programs

The South Shore YMCA offers a variety of Keeping Fit research programs under the direction of Fitness Research Director, Dr. Wayne Westcott. Small classes meet in a specially-designated research room. These programs combine strength, endurance and flexibility exercises under direct supervision.
