Our friendly, experienced staff will help create an exercise and health plan just for you!
Group Exercise
Our group exercise classes will get you up, active, and keep you moving! From yoga to high-impact exercise classes, we have something for everyone. Check out our Group Exercise schedules and class descriptions.
Personal & Small Group Training
Our personal trainers work one-on-one with members to help set and reach wellness goals, including fitness and nutrition. Trainers can help improve cardiovascular endurance, strength, and flexibility.
Group personal training is a cost-effective and fun way to achieve results. With 2-4 people per group, you receive personal instruction from a trainer while exercising with others. For a larger group, our Fit 4 Ever program is an à la carte fitness program for groups of 4-8 people. Trainers will create an exercise program utilizing the strength and cardiovascular equipment.
Our certified personal trainers are passionate about fitness and helping everyone - from novices to elite athletes - achieve their goals. For trainer information, please contact the Heath & Well-being Center directly at (617) 479-8500 ext 161.
