Our personal trainers work one-on-one with members to help set and reach wellness goals, including fitness and nutrition. Trainers can help improve cardiovascular endurance, strength, and flexibility.

For a larger group, our Fit 4 Ever program is an à la carte fitness program for groups of 4-8 people. Trainers will create an exercise program utilizing the strength and cardiovascular equipment.
Our certified personal trainers are passionate about fitness and helping everyone - from novices to elite athletes - achieve their goals. For trainer information, please contact the Heath & Well-being Center directly at (617) 479-8500 ext 161.
