The South Shore YMCA is here to help families have fun, get creative, and be active together! Check out these free, kid-focused fitness classes going on this summer at the South Shore Y:
FREE YOUTH-FOCUSED CLASSES @ QUINCY
Youth Cardio: Drop-in for a FREE cardio, balance and agility exercise class for children ages 7-12. This class will help kids build self-esteem and confidence while meeting new friends. Tuesdays: 3:30. Location – Quincy Branch, Turf
Youth Yoga: Free yoga for children ages 7-13. In this class, kids will learn yoga basics in a friendly and fun environment! Advance registration is required at the front desk. Mondays: 3:30. Location – Quincy Branch, Studio C
Youth Zumba: Free Zumba for children ages 7-13. Advance registration is required at the branch front desk. Wednesdays: 3:30. Location – Quincy Branch, Studio C
Youth Cycling: Free cycling class for children. Advance registration is required at the branch front desk. Note: Children in this class must measure a minimum of 32″ from hip to toe in order to fit on bike. Thursdays: 3:30. Location – Quincy Branch, Cycling Studio
