To help our neighbors enjoy a happier holiday season, please consider purchasing and donating a gift to our Hope for the Holidays adopt-a-family wishlist program.

Here’s how to choose, purchase and drop off a wish list item

Option 1: Choose an Ornament(s) from Giving Trees in our Y lobbies

1. Choose an ornament(s) from our Giving Trees in our South Shore YMCA lobbies. Each ornament represents a unique gift from a local child’s wishlist.
2. Purchase the gift(s) listed on the ornament you choose.
3. DO NOT WRAP GIFTS. Thank you!
4. Tape the ornament to its corresponding gift
5. Bring unwrapped gift to the Hale Family Y or Emilson Y ASAP, before December 18.

Option 2: Wish List Items

Select from the gift items below and drop it off at the Y locations below. Place cards in an envelope with the gift amount on the envelope.

• Gift cards: Amazon, Steam, Roblox, GameStop, Xbox, PlayStation
• Adjustable youth skates/roller skates
• Pokémon gifts
• Sports balls (basketballs, soccer balls, footballs)
• Books (10 yrs. old – teens)
• Arts & Crafts supplies
• Baby dolls, LOL dolls, doll accessories
• Sports Jerseys (size youth medium – adult XL)
• Teen gifts (sports/beauty/school/art/jewelry/games/electronics/clothes)
• Winter coats, hats, and gloves: unisex toddlers 4T and 5T, boys small, medium, and large; girls medium and large; women small and medium
• New school outfit (top and bottoms) for Boys size Small, Medium, Large, or Girls size Small, Medium, Large, Women’s Medium and Small.
• Outfits for Toddler boy or girl 4T and 5T

Drop off your unwrapped gifts at the following Y locations ASAP, before December 18.:

• Emilson YMCA, 75 Mill Street, Hanover, MA 02339
• Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-8pm or Saturday/Sunday 8am-3pm
