SOUTH SHORE YMCA

Exciting Changes Are Coming to the South Shore YMCA!

Based on member feedback, our team is working on big improvements to our branches to give you the best experience possible!

We are making an investment in our members’ health and fitness by replacing our current strength equipment with all-new, state-of-the-art Keiser strength training equipment coming in August to the Emilson YMCA and Quincy YMCA branches!

Our YMCA members who enjoy the benefits of strength training range from 7-year-olds to seniors at 103! We help support strength training needs of the general population, special populations (spinal cord injuries, stroke recovery, post cardiac rehab, cancer survivors), athletes and more. The new Keiser strength equipment we’ll soon be installing is faster, safer and more efficient. From those who are just getting started to professional athletes, Keiser equipment is made for every body, and for every ability, which is why we can’t wait to share it with you!
