Pre/Post Op Physical Activity

This program provides individualized exercise programs to help recover from an injury or injury prevention. A great step for people before and after physical therapy. Exercise benefits include decreased pain, increased joint range of motion, increased wound healing, overall muscle tone and weight loss. Included with SSYMCA Membership. | Fee based for Non-Members.

Parkinson’s Indoor Cycling

Research shows that cycling on stationary bikes has been shown to provide symptomatic relief for people living with Parkinson’s disease. This low-impact, high-energy indoor cycling class offers individual balancing, stretching and guided cycling designed to improve aerobic capacity, muscular strength, gait, balance and motor function. Included with SSYMCA Membership. | First session is free for Non-Members.
