Lisa DrennanLisa Drennan, Association Director of Inclusion | (781) 264-9400 ext. 3119


Lisa joined the Y in March 2014 as the first-ever Association Director of Inclusion, coming from a 30-year career with New England Village in Pembroke. More recently, she served as Director of the Sollar Wellness Center, offering aquatics, fitness, music, art, and education specifically designed to meet the needs of people with developmental disabilities. Lisa graduated from Saint Michael's College in Vermont with a Psychology degree. She lives with her family in Pembroke and is an avid fitness enthusiast who enjoys outdoor adventure activities. 

Kate Trowbridge

Kate Trowbridge, Inclusion Coordinator                        

Kate Trowbridge is a graduate of Curry College with a B.A. in Special Education and Psychology and a Masters in Special Education. Kate has been in the Special Education Field for 11 years and has worked closely with elementary through highs school aged children. Kate has experience teaching social skills to students at a variety of different levels and also has extensive experience working with the Autistic population. Kate lives in Kingston with her husband and two children. She is also very excited to join the YMCA!

Lexi AndersonLexi Anderson, Quincy Inclusion Specialist                        

Lexi Anderson is a graduate of Bridgewater State University with a B.A. in English and a B.S. in Elementary Education. Lexi has worked for the Y since 2009. She spent her summers at Camp Gordon Clark, most recently as the Lower Camp Coordinator, and now is the Inclusion Specialist for the Quincy YMCA year-round. Through the years, she has worked as a lead instructor for our Building Bridges classes, as well as an assistant for other inclusion offerings. Lexi is also an ABA therapist serving the South Shore community doing in-home therapies. She is excited to continue to work with the South Shore YMCA and Inclusion.

Lauren ClarkeLauren Clarke, Inclusion Assistants


Lauren holds a B.S. degree in Sport & Movement Science with a concentration in Exercise Science from Salem State University, and also is an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer. She has worked at the Emilson YMCA since the summer of 2014. While her first job experience with the YMCA was within the Health & Well-Being department, Lauren found an interest in helping out with some of the inclusion programs at the YMCA. She began working as an assistant teacher in the social skills classes held at the Y and continued on to become an Inclusion Specialist during the Summer Camp program. She now also instructs an Adaptive Fun and Fitness class, working the fitness aspect into the lives of those with special abilities.

Julianne BeaudetJulianne Beaudet, Inclusion Assistants


Julianne received her B.A. in Health Sciences from Quinnipiac University in 2014. She is a Paraprofessional in the Rockland Public Schools. Her goal is to earn her Masters in Special Education. Julianne joined the YMCA as an Inclusion Specialist at Camp Gordon Clark in the summer of 2016. She will be working the Building Bridges Social Skills group at the Emilson Branch. In her free time Julianne enjoys spending time with family and friends and watching the Patriots.
