Health & Well-being

At the Y, we're helping our members build healthy lifestyles and achieve their fitness goals.  Our Health & Well-being Centers offer health & wellness programs, exercise classes, equipment, instruction, and support for all ages, abilities and levels of activity.

Personal Training

Our certified Personal Trainers work one-on-one with members to help set & reach wellness goals, including fitness and nutrition. Small Group Training is also available.

Group Exercise Classes

The Y offers classes for all ages, all levels and all interests. From low-impact exercise classes, stretching and strength training to indoor cycling, water exercise, and yoga, you’ll find a group class that’s fun, supportive and keeps you moving.

Health Education & Lifestyle Programs

At the Y, we're committed to providing community members with the tools they need to lead healthy lives. Working with partners who share our commitment to health and wellness, the Y offers a variety of Health Education & Lifestyle Programs including Fall Prevention & Senior Wellness, Diabetes Management, Health Education, Structured Exercise, Cancer Support and Cardiac Maintenance.

Youth Fitness

We offer fitness programs for youth and teens, including personal training, strength training, and classes. Our knowledgeable fitness staff work with youth to create safe and effective exercise programs, utilizing equipment appropriate to their age and size.

Partnership Program

Our Partnership Program assists physically disabled youth and adults who are interested in a structured exercise program.  A master trainer will teach both the participant and a volunteer how to properly use the specialized strength training and cardiovascular equipment.

Active Older Adults

Our Active Older Adults programs help seniors stay active and involved.  From our water aerobics to low-impact group exercise classes to volunteer opportunities, we welcome seniors with all interests and activity levels.
