New Upright & Recumbent Bikes will be Installed in the Emilson Health & Well Being Center 3/11

The Emilson Health & Well-being Center will be replacing all Technogym bikes next week. Installation of the new bikes will happen on Tuesday, March 11th. We will have the entirety of bikes open for use by Tuesday early evening.
The Health & Well-being Center will remain open during installation of the new bikes. Please plan accordingly as we will have limited cardio equipment available for use during this time.
Thank you for your patience and understanding as we upgrade our Health & Well-being equipment.

Tickets are on sale now for the Y's 18th Annual Taste of the South Shore on March 27th from 6:00 - 10:00 PM at Lombardo's in Randolph. The event will bring together the area's premiere restaurants, wineries & breweries and more than 500 community leaders from throughout the South Shore to support our Send a Kid to Camp appeal.
What it's all about:
The Taste of the South Shore raises funds to benefit the Y's Send a Kid to Camp appeal, with a goal of giving 400 local children the opportunity to attend South Shore YMCA Resident and Day Camps this summer by raising $225,000 in campership funds.

Register your team, or as an individual, to participate in our friendly and exciting Adult Sports League's in our new Quincy Branch Brigg's Family Field House. Leagues are expected to start the week of February 24th.
This Season the Quincy YMCA will offer Adult Leagues in:
- 5v5 Men’s and Women’s Basketball (Roster Size: Min of 5; Max of 10 Players)
- 6v6 Men’s and Women’s Soccer (Roster Size: Min of 6; Max of 15 Players)
- 6v6 Co-ed Soccer (Min of 6; Max of 15 Players)
- 5v5 Co-ed Flag Football (Min of 5; Max of 10 Players)
