Join Us for a Frightfully Fun Family Halloween Celebration!
Get ready for an evening of Halloween fun at the South Shore YMCA’s Hale-O-Ween Spooktacular on Friday, October 30, 2026, from 4:30-6:30 PM at the Hale Family YMCA in Quincy. This free, family-friendly event invites children and families to enjoy a safe, welcoming, and not-so-spooky Halloween experience packed with activities, treats, and community fun.
Children will trick-or-treat throughout the YMCA, collecting stickers in their Halloween Passport as they explore festive stations and discover surprises along the way. Complete your passport and earn a slice of pizza as a special reward! Costumes are encouraged, so come dressed for the occasion and enjoy an evening filled with Halloween magic.

Help Make Halloween Special for Local Families
As part of the celebration, the South Shore YMCA is collecting new and gently used Halloween costumes for families in our community. Donations can be dropped off at the Hale Family YMCA Front Desk from October 1-10. Costumes collected will support the community Costume Boo-Tique, helping children enjoy the excitement of Halloween with confidence and joy.
