Get ready for a day of fun, movement, and community at Healthy Kids Day. As we celebrate 175 years of the YMCA strengthening communities, we’re kicking off another summer of play, learning, and growth for families across the South Shore. Healthy Kids Day is a national YMCA initiative celebrated across the country, all with one shared goal: to inspire healthy habits in kids and families. For more than 30 years, Ys have brought communities together through free, engaging activities that encourage active play, nutrition, creativity, and connection.

Join us at the Emilson YMCA and Hale Family YMCA for a FREE, family-friendly event filled with games, music, hands-on activities, and healthy snacks. From active play and nutrition to STEM and the arts, families can experience the many ways the Y helps children learn, grow, and thrive all year long.
