Start the year with our 30-Day Move Strong Challenge

Get ready to challenge yourself with the South Shore YMCA’s MOVE STRONG 30-Day Challenge! Track your activity, build strength, and have fun while working toward your fitness goals. A great way to start the new year and build new habits. 

Here’s how to get started

  • Pick up your Move Strong Challenge Log Sheets at the Membership Desk.
  • Track your daily activities to earn points:
    • Cardio Activity: 30 minutes = 1 point
    • Group Classes (Limit 1/day): 1 class = 1 point
    • Strength Training / EGYM: 30 minutes = 2 points
  • Fill in your First and Last Name and Contact Information on your log sheet.
  • Turn in your completed log sheet to the Membership Desk at the end of each week.
