Rodman-Ride-2022-Partner-Organization-Web-image-1245x745The Rodman Ride for Kids is a fundraising event that has raised over $148 million for youth-focused organizations supporting thousands of at-risk kids in Massachusetts.

Rodman for Kids and its affiliated charity partners, including the South Shore YMCA, work year-round to raise funds for the Rodman Ride for Kids event, a 25+ mile competitive cycling tour with opportunities for individual virtual activities.

Each year, the South Shore Y participates in this important event to raise funds that help send kids to camp and offer life-changing services and programs for local kids. 100% of the funds raised by the South Shore YMCA team goes directly back to our Y community to help at-risk youth.

The 2022 Rodman Ride has two options for participants:

  1. In-person 25-mile bike ride in Foxboro, MA on September 24 – Join our Y team and we will train you to ride!
  2. “Choose Your Own Activity” Participate virtually from anywhere, doing any activity you like for your own fundraiser! Ride, run, walk, hike, swim or row XX miles over the course of several days, weeks, or months, and ask for per-mile donations. Click here for activity ideas.

100% of the funds raised go directly to our mission to help at-risk youth.

Become a Y team rider, or support our riders this year by donating to support the South Shore YMCA Rodman Ride team. Help us give every young person in our community the opportunities to dream and succeed.

Across the South Shore, we help kids build resilience to reach their full potential. Combined with hope, support, and dedication, our youth strive and succeed. Whether the hope is to attend college, to have a job or simply enjoy a safe place to be with friends, our unique programming is designed to bring together children and teens of diverse backgrounds through programs and services that are accessible for everyone.
