Fit-Commit! Training Sessions


Training Sessions for New & Returning South Shore YMCA Members

When you join (or re-join!) the South Shore YMCA, you’ll receive up to three (3) FREE “Fit-Commit!” 45-minute, 1:1 training sessions with our Y trainers.  A great way to get acquainted with our Y’s wide variety of new Health & Wellness cardiovascular and strength equipment, learn about classes, and see what is right for you.

  • SSYMCA Members are eligible for three (3) 45-minute sessions with a trainer.
  • Children as young as 7 years old are eligible, so bring the kids if you have a Family/Household Membership!
  • 1st appointment will include:
    • Health History Assessment
    • InBody – Body Composition Analysis
    • Review Cardiovascular & Strength equipment based on goals and fitness needs
  • 2nd & 3rd appointment are then scheduled as needed
