These seasonal programs offer kids a chance to explore fitness and learn proper movement with structured fitness programs designed to improve endurance, strength, flexibility and confidence. Great for sports conditioning.

YOUTH STRENGTH (EMILSON YMCA – HANOVER)

This youth fitness program is designed to improve endurance, musculoskeletal strength, flexibility, and build confidence. Each week the child will explore fitness through fun activities while teaching proper skills using various equipment like ladders, cones, and balls.

Train for your next sports season at the Y! Our Sports Performance Training Camp is designed to provide young athletes the knowledge, fundamentals, and competitive edge needed to improve their overall speed, performance, and agility.
