These seasonal weekly programs offer kids ages 7-12 a chance to explore fitness and learn proper movement with structured fitness programs designed to improve endurance, strength, flexibility and confidence. Great for sports conditioning.

SPRING 2021 SESSIONS

NEW! YOUTH FITNESS (EMILSON)

Each week we will explore fitness through fun activities and teach proper movement skills. We will use a variety of equipment including ladders, cones and balls. Great for kids who are interested in fitness or want to condition for youth sports.

  • SCHEDULE: 2x/week, Thurs 5PM and Sat 11AM
  • AGES: 8-12 years
  • LOCATION: Emilson YMCA, Studio B
  • LENGTH: 45 minutes

NEW! YOUTH STRENGTH & ENDURANCE (QUINCY)

This NEW structured youth fitness program is designed to improve endurance, musculoskeletal strength, flexibility and build confidence.

  • SCHEDULE: 2x/week,
    Mondays & Wednesday 5PM
  • AGES: 7-12 years
  • LOCATION: Quincy Y Turf Area
  • LENGTH: 45 minutes
