The Partnership Program is an adaptive, recreational, non-clinical fitness program designed to help individuals with physical disabilities to more fully enjoy all that the Y has to offer. Training partners assist participants with exercise to improve or maintain physical conditioning, stay active in sports, recreational and everyday activities. Specialized, adaptive exercise equipment and one-to-one exercise assistance is available through the South Shore YMCA Partnership Program. The program is recreational in nature and not to be considered rehabilitation. The Partnership Program is available as a free service to South Shore YMCA members.

Your Partnership Program is an amazing program, helping disabled people to improve or to just keep moving. I know it helped to extend my husband’s life.
