Using the classic Pilates Reformer apparatus, participants kneel, stand and sit, using body weight and fluid motions to create a balanced body and strong core under the direction of our trained Y Pilates instructors. Pilates Reformer sessions at the Y will strengthen and lengthen your entire body. Private instruction as well as groups of 2-4 are available.
