The South Shore YMCA is working to enhance and expand our members’ strength training experience by offering new state-of-the-art equipment for functional strength training and traditional weightlifting.
Keiser Strength Training
All new Keiser strength equipment has been installed in our Emilson and Hale Family YMCA (Quincy) branches, providing members from ages 8 – 108 with a safer, more efficient, effective, and powerful strength training experience for any age, any body, and every ability.
Schedule a Fit-Commit Session!
All members are welcome to schedule a FIT-COMMIT 45-minute training session to set goals, assess your fitness level, and get you started. See the Health & Wellness office for details, or contact us for more information:
