Get Moving with Zumba!

Zumba is the amazing high-energy, high-fun cardio exercise that works the whole body, combining dance styles from around the world to the beats of Pop, Hip Hop, Reggaeton, Salsa and other dance music. There is no equipment necessary for this class – just your dancing shoes! It’s a fun way to work up a sweat while learning simple dance moves.

I joined the Y a year ago with a household membership for my 3 children. We are literally there at least 4 times a week. I love that I can drop my kids off at the Playroom to go workout. I love the options of fitness classes; I do Body Pump, Definitions, and Zumba. The trainers and staff are always ready to answer questions We will be members for a LONG time. Syndie
