Cardiac Maintenance and Transition Programs

Cardiac & Pulmonary Transitions*

For individuals transitioning from cardiac & pulmonary rehabilitation, this class provides structured workouts based on individual needs. Each participant will meet 1-to-1 with a trainer to design an exercise plan for strength and cardiovascular work. Emilson YMCA only. Included with SSYMCA Membership. Fee-based for Non-members.

Cardiac Transitions*

For individuals transitioning from cardiac rehabilitation, this class provides structured workouts based on individual needs. A small group setting offers social support and more concentrated attention from instructors. Meets two times a week. Quincy YMCA only. Included with SSYMCA Membership. Fee-based for Non-members.

Blood Pressure Self-Monitoring

This class offers personalized support to develop a blood pressure self-monitoring routine with tips for maintaining cardiovascular health.
