Healthier You!

This free 6-week nutrition course gives you the information to make healthy food choices, consume appropriate food proportions and learn how to make low-cost meals to keep you and your family healthy! Ages 18+.

My Life, My Health: Chronic Disease Self-Management

This free 6-week workshop, developed by Stanford University Medical Center, is an evidence based self-management program for those living with or caring for someone with diabetes or pre-diabetes to learn skills to prevent, manage and cope with the disease. Ages 18+.

Blood Pressure Self-Monitoring Program

An evidence-based program that features personalized support for developing a blood pressure self-monitoring routine, tips for maintaining cardiovascular health and nutrition education.

Healthy Weight & Your Child

This program provides a platform for healthier eating and lifestyle changes for your children ages 7-13 in the 95th BMI percentile and their families.

Chronic Pain Self-Management Program

An evidence-based educational program helping those living with Chronic Pain to learn skills to prevent, manage, and cope.
