Structured Exercise Programs
Parkinson’s & Multiple Sclerosis Cardiovascular & Strength
This 10-week class provides structured exercise, including balancing, stretching, and indoor cycling, to improve aerobic capacity, muscular strength, gait, balance, and motor function.
Parkinson’s Strength and Balance
This twice-weekly class is designed to help individuals living with Parkinson’s disease or Multiple Sclerosis improve strength, mobility, balance, coordination, and overall function. Each session includes stretching, functional strength training, balance and coordination exercises, gait and movement training, and light boxing-based activities to enhance agility, reaction time, and confidence in everyday movement. Exercises are adaptable to individual abilities and focus on maintaining independence, reducing fall risk, and improving quality of life in a supportive and encouraging environment.
Cycle-Cadence (30 min)
This 30-minute cycling class focuses on steady movement, cadence, coordination, endurance, and lower body strength in a supportive environment. Participants work at their own pace while improving mobility, balance awareness, cardiovascular health, and confidence through guided rhythmic cycling and functional movement patterns. This class is designed to be welcoming and supportive for individuals experiencing neurological or mobility-related conditions such as Parkinson’s disease, Multiple Sclerosis (MS), and similar movement challenges, while remaining inclusive for all fitness levels.
