1. Expand Youth, Teen & Family Programming

We’re creating meaningful opportunities for connection, growth, and lifelong memories:

  • 50% increase in camp enrollment at Camp Burgess & Hayward
  • Expanded afterschool programs for enrichment and support
  • Family-centered initiatives like wellness activities and childcare
  • Teen mental health programs offering mentorship and emotional support

2. Increase Impact & Visibility of Medical Wellness Programs

Wellness for every body, every age:

  • Partnerships with healthcare experts and schools to address mental health and food insecurity
  • Programs for healthy aging to keep older adults active and connected
  • Adaptive fitness and inclusive programs for individuals with disabilities

3. Elevate Member Experience & Community Connection

Every interaction matters:

  • Personalized welcome experiences for new members
  • Staff training focused on relationship-building and cultural competency
  • Continuous improvement through member feedback
