Great summers start at Y Camp! The South Shore YMCA offers the widest variety of traditional and specialty day camps on the South Shore, with extended drop-off and pick-up times included at no cost, and daily swim included with most day camp programs.

South Shore YMCA Day Camps
South Shore YMCA Camp Gordon Clark - Emilson Y, Hanover
Serving children ages 4-15, Camp Gordon Clark is a traditional Y camp situated on 46 beautifully wooded acres, including spacious athletic fields, state-of-the-art outdoor pools, games court, archery range, basketball court, organic farm, tennis courts, low ropes course, traverse climbing wall, volleyball court, bathhouse/changing area and access to SSYMCA Laura’s Center for the Arts cultural center. Daily swim included in most Camp Gordon Clark Programs.
South Shore YMCA Camp Quirk - Hale Family YMCA (Quincy) & Quincy High School
South Shore YMCA Camp Quirk offers traditional and specialty Y day camps located at the Hale Family YMCA (Quincy) and, new this year, Quincy High School for campers ages 4 -12 years. At Camp Quirk we support a traditional camp environment that is welcoming to all campers. Campers enjoy exploring the outdoors, making new friends, and staying engaged with positive role models as Camp Counselors. Daily swim included in most Camp Quirk programs.
South Shore YMCA Natural Science Center - Nature Adventures Camp, Norwell
SSYMCA Nature Adventures Camp is an outdoor day camp where campers develop an awareness, appreciation, and concern for our environment, exploring the habits and habitats of animals living in our woods, ponds, meadows, and along the shore. Campers have fun using their imagination as they learn about natural science through stories, hikes, games, crafts, and a host of other fun-filled activities.

Tennis for everyone! For grades K-12 of all levels, from beginner to serious tournament player, South Shore YMCA Match Point Tennis Camp challenges campers with drills, games, and a tournament to end each week. Campers even enjoy daily swimming!
