Santa Comes to Town for Annual Breakfast in Quincy

Posted: Dec. 10, 2018 Learn More About our Germantown Neighborhood Center

On Saturday, December 8, over 150 children and their families attended the South Shore YMCA’s annual Breakfast with Santa. Sponsored by Dunkin Donuts owners Victor and Octavio Cavalho and held at the Marriott in Quincy who donated the space for the event, attendees warmed up with donuts and hot cocoa while listening to holiday music from the Germantown Neighborhood Center Band. During the event, children were treated to holiday festivities like arts and crafts with the Germantown Neighborhood Center Mentors and Voya. To cap off the morning, children got to share their holiday wishes with St. Nick, who rode into the event on an extra special sleigh – a Fire Truck decked out with holiday spirit by his friends at the Quincy Fire Department.
