Join us for the Grand Opening of our new Family Play Zone!
Come join the fun this Friday night during the Grand Opening celebration of our NEW Family Play Zone!
The space was designed to provide families with a vibrant area to socialize and play together with their children and other families!
- The Family Play Zone at the Emilson YMCA in Hanover (Located near the Sky Trail entrance)
- THIS FRIDAY, October 11 from 5:00pm-7:00pm
- Free and open to the public. Y members are encouraged to bring friends to this celebration!
The Grand Opening celebration will take place this Friday evening during our Friday Family Fun Night, where areas across the Y like our Aquatics and Fitness Departments will host a variety of free, structured activities for families! During the celebration, you’ll be able to explore the new space and enjoy the Y together with your family!

The New SSYMCA Family Play Zone Opens Tomorrow (10/4/19)!
Our NEW Family Play Zone at our Emilson YMCA branch in Hanover will open on Friday, October 4, providing families a vibrant space to socialize and play with their children.
Located near the entrance to our Sky Trail, the Family Play Zone is an enclosed play area where children of all ages and their guardians can interact and play… together!
The Family Play Zone is equipped with soft play items, climbing structures and plenty of toys to help young children refine their gross motor skills in a safe and social atmosphere.
Beginning on Friday, October 4, the room will be open from Monday-Friday, 8am-8pm and weekends from 8am-4pm. The space is a family supervised area, and children must be supervised by an adult (age 16 or older) at all times.
