Programs

Our Pilates programs are designed to strengthen and lengthen your muscles, improve range of motion, increase core strength and stability – all while supporting your back. By developing proper technique, you can actually retrain your body to move in safer and more efficient patterns of motion.


Pilates

Emphasize the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility, and awareness in order to support efficient, graceful movement. This class consists of mat exercises to develop core control and overall flexibility.


Barre Pilates

A low-impact/high-intensity workout designed to strengthen, tone and lengthen your body. Pilates, and yoga inspired. Light weights, small yoga balls, yoga straps and yoga are used in this Barre method class.


Chair Yogalates

This chair-based class combines stretching of postural muscles of Pilates with the relaxation techniques of Yoga. Tone, strengthen and relax your spirit, mind & body.


Pilates Reformer Training

The Emilson Y offers Reformer-Based Pilates Training in our private Pilates Studio. Our Pilates Reformer sessions will strengthen and lengthen your entire body. Private instruction as well as groups of 2-4 are available.
