Friday, November 6th for Non-members
Signing up for YMCA programs and services has never been easier with our new online registration system. Please follow this guide to help you get started. Our live chat feature will be available Tuesday, November 3rd and Friday, November 6th from 8:30am - 10:00am for added support during peak registration times.
Online Account Set-up:
All existing members and program participants, and non-members will need to complete the online account set-up process before you will be able to register for programs online for the first time. Please set up your online account and read through the Getting Started Guide below completely before beginning to search and register for programs.
Financial Assistance & Online Registration:
Our new system is not currently able to auto-apply financial assistance to program fees when recipients register online. Those eligible for program scholarships and financial assistance will need to register in-person or over the phone in order to receive the adjusted rate at the time of payment. We apologize for this inconvenience.
Getting Started Guide
Step 1: Create your Online YMCA Account
In order to register for programs online, you must first set up an online account. Existing Y members and program participants can activate online access to their YMCA account. Non-members can register for programs online by creating a new account. Follow the link below to set-up your online account. Once you're logged in, you can complete the steps below to register for programs.
Step 2: Search for Programs
Once you've set up your online account, you can begin searching for programs available for online registration by clicking the 'Register for Programs' link on the lefthand side of this page.
In addition to searching by location, you can also search for programs by age group and activity category
Step 3: Begin Registration Process
Once you've found the program you're looking for, select the checkbox next to the class day and time you'd like to register for, then click the register button.
For additional information on your selected class, click the day and time link. Then, press the green register button in the upper right corner to proceed.
After you've logged into your online account, you'll be asked to select the account member you wish to register.
Step 4: Review Registrations & Check-out
After selecting your program class and clicking register, you'll be taken to a page to review and confirm your purchase. If you wish to check out now, simply click the "Check Out" button located in the bottom right of the screen. Or, click the "continue browsing the program list" link If you wish to search and register for additional programs before completing the checkout process.
