South Shore YMCA Members must reserve a time for Pools and Playroom

Please reserve only one activity per day to allow space for other members. Note, due to state regulations and capacity restrictions, we cannot accept members from other YMCA’s or non-member guests at this time.

RESERVATIONS

Reservations for Pools or Playroom can be made through our online scheduling system on our website or mobile app. Only South Shore YMCA members will be allowed to participate, so no guests or Nationwide Membership members of other YMCA’s are allowed at this time. GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES

Outdoor and indoor group exercise classes are now available at Emilson YMCA and Quincy YMCA branches. No reservation needed! You can find available classes by visiting our Schedules page at ssymca.org/schedules

Please bring your own yoga mat, face mask, towel and water bottle.

POOLS

Following Massachusetts’ state orders, our pools are open with a reduced capacity. In addition, we are adhering to rigorous physical distancing standards. During this time, access will be limited to YMCA members. Please make a reservation for you and your family to visit our pool through our scheduling system and read all outdoor pool guidelines.  Starting October 5, lap lanes will be limited to 2 swimmers per lane.

PLAYROOMS

Our Quincy and Emilson YMCA Playrooms are now open for children ages 6-weeks to 6-years old on Monday – Friday, 8am-Noon and 4pm-7pm, and Saturdays 8am-Noon. Please make a reservation for you and your family to visit our Playroom through our online scheduling system.

REACTIVATING YOUR MEMBERSHIP

When we reopened our doors on July 6, we reactivated memberships so that you can start enjoying the Y once again. If you have requested a hold on your membership until a specific date, you must contact your branch Membership Team and ask to have your membership reactivated before you can make a reservation to use the Y.
